  • Around 2017, I delved into mindfulness and meditation, having misconceptions. Like with many things, I researched and took an 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course. I learned the power of mindfulness, meditation, and stillness in managing stress. This marked my journey and I’ve never looked back.

    Mental stress impacts our bodies and minds, causing sleep disturbances, health issues, and overall well-being. Mindfulness and meditation can help us unlock our potential and create positive transformation. I incorporate meditation and mindfulness practices in coaching sessions to cultivate a calm and focused state of mind, enhancing awareness and empowering conscious choices.

    Mindfulness encourages full presence in the present moment. Through non-judgmental observation, we break free from past patterns and future worries, fostering self-compassion, self-awareness, and connection.
