Dating can bring up many emotions and many of us get discouraged and disheartened by the prospect of meeting another person. Add the cultural pressure of ‘getting older’ from family and friends and now we’re full blown done with the prospect of dating all together! This is exactly where I come in!

    Through relationship coaching, I’ll help you get in a manifesting and gratitude mindset which can help build our self confidence and navigate the self doubt that gets us stuck and stops us from taking action.   • Around 2017, I dived deeper into understanding Mindfulness and meditation. I was very new to it, and had many misconceptions about mindfulness and meditation. Like many things in my life, if I don’t understand something, I research it and see what’s out there on the topic. This led me to take an 8-week course on Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. I learned the power of mindfulness and mediation and the power of being still when we are stressed. That was the beginning of my journey and I’ve never looked back!

    So many of us experience mental stress which impacts our body and mind. So often, this causes us disturbances in our sleep, impact on our health and impact to our overall mental health and well being. I believe mindfulness and meditation can help us unlock our full potential and create positive transformation in our life. I incorporate meditation and mindfulness practices in our coaching sessions as it helps you cultivate a calm and focused state of mind. This heightened awareness enables you to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and reactions, empowering you to make conscious choices and respond to life's challenges with clarity and composure.

    Mindfulness, another cornerstone of our approach, encourages you to be fully present in the present moment. Through mindfulness exercises, we cultivate an attitude of non-judgmental observation, helping you break free from the constraints of past patterns and future worries. This practice fosters self-compassion, self-awareness, and a deeper connection to yourself and others.
